Nantes ist eine sehr bekannte, früh bis mittelfrüh reifende und süße Karottensorte. Die Wurzel ist zylindrisch und mittellang mit rot-oranger Farbe und recht schmalem Kern. Der Biss ist zart und knackig.
Verwendung:
Roh als gesunder Snack, in Salaten, als Saft oder gekocht als Beilage.
